The system provides a complete stand-alone temperature mapping and validation solution for freezers to ensure uniform storage and testing conditions. The ULT90 includes a USB docking station with 6 feet of cable (IFC300), 15 Cryo-Temp data loggers, and MadgeTech's Secure Software and IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols, aiding compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. MadgeTechs Vaccine Temperature Monitoring System (VTMS) is ideal for the continuous measurement and data logging of temperature sensitive vaccines or pharmaceuticals in refrigerators, freezers, and coolers. The system includes a NIST traceable RFTCTemp2000A data logger with thermocouple, Glycol bottle and a power supply. Additionally, the RFTCTemp2000A data logger in the VTMS system has a convenient LCD to ensure temperature parameters are met, in real time. The current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics can all be obtained through the display. In the real-time chart recording mode the VTMS can alert the user, or other personnel, via e-mail or text message if the refrigerator has failed, or if the temperature is outside of the nominal range. This allows users to take immediate actions to ensure vaccines and pharmaceuticals in storage are not destroyed. To prevent false alarms, the RFTCTemp2000A is connected to a Glycol bottle which provides temperature buffered readings.

The Cryo-Temp can be used in a broad line of applications such as monitoring blood plasma, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, frozen foods and shipping containers. This stand-alone device does not require any additional probes. The enclosure is designed with a handle for easy attachment and is splash proof. It utilizes a USB docking station to communicate with a personal computer. (USB docking station sold separately) The Cryo-Temp provides date and time stamped temperature readings and uses the MadgeTech Data Logger Software. The user can view the data in graphical or tabular form. High and low alarm limits and high and low warning limits can be programmed through the software. The user can set the alarm limits in the range required for the goods to be maintained. The warn limits can be set to alert the user when the temperature is nearing a high or low alarm limit. MadgeTech’s Carcass Temperature Data Logger measures and records data from up to 8 thermocouple channels allowing the user to verify and validate post-production meat pasteurization cycles. The CTL2000 aids in reducing pathogens, and helps to ensure post-slaughter pasteurization process parameters are met. The CTL2000 has a black anodized aluminum enclosure with a stainless steel hook allowing the device to be hung directly from a carcass. This durable data logger is splashproof and can be used through the entire pasteurization process. The CTL2000 data logger can measure and record data utilizing up to eight thermocouples which can be inserted into different sections of the meat to provide an overall temperature profile. This data logger features a push button or programmable start and status LEDs for process optimization. In addition, if a thermocouple is removed or severed during logging, the software automatically annotates the data. MadgeTech’s EggTemp data logger is specifically designed to measure and record data of the temperature of eggs during shipping, storage and incubation. The data logger thermally responds to an environment the same way a real egg does, simulating the temperature experience of the actual product. The EggTemp is submersible and can measure temperatures up to 50°C. It has a user replaceable battery that typically lasts up to 1 year. The nonvolatile memory can hold up to 32,767 readings and will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged. MadgeTech’s Data Logger Software offers an easy way to analyze data. Data can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit, as well as Kelvin or Rankine, and in graph, summary or data formats. For further analysis, data can also be exported to Excel.

The ETR101A is a complete Exhaust Temperature Profiling Kit designed to profile the exhaust temperature of on-road vehicles and off-road equipment, including tractor trailers, buses, trucks over 14,000 lbs., waste water vehicles, and sweepers. The ETR101A kit comes assembled and includes a data logger, temperature sensor (thermocouple type K), weatherproof enclosure, USB data logger interface cable (IFC200), hex screwdriver and software. Setup is fast and easy. The data logger, which is contained within the water resistant enclosure, is mounted to the vehicle. Using the MadgeTech software, the logger is programmed to record for a set period, generally three to five days. Data is stored in the data logger, and is downloadable at any time via a pc or laptop computer. The complete temperature profile is then provided to the diesel particulate filter (DPF) manufacturer, aiding in the selection of the correct DPF for the exhaust system. Many DPF manufacturers, including Donaldson Corp., recommend the use of temperature profiling equipment, such as the MadgeTech ETR101A, to aid in the selection of the appropriate diesel particulate filter.
